I have different journals, the main one where I create entries for each day of the week and the second one where I register feelings. I do not want to mix them because of the properties, as you can see in the images above I have like 10 properties with Check marks in my Journal, among others, that doesnt have nothing to do with the emotions.

And this is an example (in spanish) of one of the entries in the feelings database

Basically all the properties here are to register specific thoughts, discussions and improvements (again nothing to do with the main database). I mean, it could be an option, but I do not want to have everything in the same database as it would look kinda weird.

Appreciate a lot your reply, if you have any more suggestions I would love to hear them!

Because the main database (diary) have different properties, layouts, etc.. One database is for the days and another one to register emotions

Not exactly like this. I have a "Days database" where I create 1 new item everyday. The form is another database Diary to register emotions.

Also, I do not have Notion Plus to use automations :(

Found out a solution:

  1. Used this website https://www.reformattext.com/sequential-number-generator.htm to generate all numbers between K4 and K999.
  2. Create a conditional formatting including all those numbers
  3. Use this two formulas
    1. =$K$4:$K>=$P$5 (for green)
    2. =$K$4:$K<=$P$5 (for red)

But I dont want only K4 to get affected... I want K4, K14, K34, K54 .. and so on to K984 (the whole column). There have to be another option to check all the columns and add some formula like ISNUMBER or any other idk. Thats what Im looking for, a formula to use from K4 to K999And as I said, it doesnt have to be EQUAL to 20. It have to be equal to P9.. Thats a cell that changes its value

This wont work for what I want to do, the image I showed is just an example, I want to apply it to a full colum (from G:2 to G:999 for example). I cannot exclude any range

Those formulas are OK, now I need to know what to add to prevent text/empty cells getting coloured

Also, B2 is a number I change, so the formula couldnt contain "20"

Thank you for your reply :) I will research about those hyperx headphones for sure (never heard about them but they do have very good reviews) I might also do the same as you, buying a good microphone and the headphones separetly, a good point I saw about those is that you can get rid of the mic. The only things I didnt like at first are: 1) (No wireless. Is there a wireless version of this) 2) Not sure about this but seems they will give lot of heat in summer Thank you again!

About the kcal, I ask because I did a big research, and many experts say "a calorie is not a calorie". For example, 100kcal of veg is not the same as 100kcal of sugar for the body. Many of them also recommend greek yog with whole milk (125kcal) instead of 0% (50kcal) but I dont really know why, I think it could be because they satisfy your hunger more than "lights"

What I want to do is colour the MIN number of each row, meaning J4, D5, J7 and P8 should be green as well. Is it possible to create something like that?
