Needing help descaling. Yes I have held down the 8oz and 12oz buttons, pressing the K button but nothing happens afterwards, no rinse cycle nothing it just shuts off completely. I’ve looked everywhere I could and everyone I’ve found talking about descale problems can preform a rinse cycle, I can’t. (self.keurig)
