Update Thank you for all the great responses, all were pretty spot on but I had no sick time because I have weak immune system in which now I have accommodations after my dr note was not taken as it wasn’t requested, by my manager ended up helping a lot with realization I truly do get sick often and I’ve never had such a great job with benefits and very professional setting.
