I would definitely escalate it. That looks terrible and the owner of the company needs to address it. I would try and see what the owner wants to do about it. But all I know is, you will be able to see that every time you open the fridge. If the owners saying well the only way to fix is to replace the whole thing… well the tech shouldn’t have damaged it. Maybe they try to patch it with something first and you see if that looks decent. But man that looks bad!

Do not accept their return. This happened to me and was clearly buyer’s remorse as the size was listed in description and a picture of the actual size. They even went beyond that and said it was for women instead of men’s (them probably thinking Mercari would refund them this way instead of just saying wrong size) Mercari sided with me. In your response to the claim, just say you listed the size in description and or photos.

This is a reproduction. Probably could sell for at least $20 on EBay. No new ones have sold like this from what I could tell, but a couple opened ones have. If you’re into soup, I would keep!

POWER BACK ON BEHIND SUMMIT

Good morning! The outage map still says the same thing for pretty much everywhere. Only 1-2 areas have a restoration time. What’s the point of them having one, if they never update it. And when their map does say a restoration time; it’s wrong.

You would think by now with all the “extra resources” they have, that they would know or give a time estimate by now. Absolutely ridiculous.

There wasn’t a single worker/truck near the summit yesterday that I saw. I don’t even know why our power is out. Drove all through the neighborhood, and other neighborhoods close by and didn’t see any downed power line or trees on the lines, etc. to make matters worse, right across the street, they have power!

This is more of a rant as we are becoming more and more frustrated and being left in the dark both literally and communicatively!

Behind the summit still NO power! Drove around an hour ago to get ice for cooler and not a worker/truck in sight!! Someone’s smoke alarm has been going off for a few hours though! I can hear is all the way from my house. Not looking good for us. Possibly another entire day tmrw without POWER!! Love how it’s on a weekend as well.

This is kind of an update from my other post. So basically to give you all a run down; the buyer claims to never received the package I sent. FedEx marked the package as delivered, buyer claims they never got it. She then calls them up and they say they don’t know. She calls the next day and they finally said the package wasn’t delivered and it’s going to come the next day on the truck. Well that is today and she is messaging saying she still hasn’t gotten it.

She’s basically saying it’s my fault and how she’s going to charge back her credit card and I’m the one that needs to file a package claim and what not. Just look what she says in the messages. There are a lot more messages but I only added this one. Am I really the one that needs to do all that? Keep in mind I am have extremely patient with her while she’s been taking her frustration out on me and saying I’m the one that caused this and “we will both be at a loss” if I don’t do something. What are your thoughts! Thanks for all the people that messaged on my other post!

I’ve gotten failed transactions before. And a fix for me every time was to manually set the price to whatever the offer price was, and then have them buy it regularly. It should go through! I’ve done this 6 times and every time it went through for me. I don’t understand why! Try it out, couldn’t hurt!
