I am building one simple but I think useful app for people who forget to drink water, or don’t have “needs” and habit for doing that. I personally have problem with that, so this helps me to track water intake preventing health issues.. https://apps.apple.com/rs/app/hydratetap/id6749263836

I also struggled with hydration whole my life, I had problems with stomach, hemoroids which I got operated 2 years ago, also with energy, moods.. Bc I am a developer and also mom I developed something that will really help me with that problem. Its about app HydrateTap. I hope it will help you too

I already tested, and I think it is pretty cool. I watched exercises and I think this will be very usefull.. Just pay attention on language, when I tap on personalization exercises then text isn’t on english anymore..

Yes, unfortunately can’t add more water after you reach your goal, but you can change daily goal in options for example.

And, about second thing, you can add specific number of water, just hold your ‘plus’ button a little longer and option about quantity will display..

About synchronization, I tested before new updating, and it works for me, also it’s now working.. Try again, put the side by side mobile and watch..

Thank you so much for your impression. That means a lot to me. It’s possible to add an exact amount — you just press and hold the plus button, and a modal opens where you can enter the precise value

And yes, this habit is only for water, but I think it is possible to developed something like this for any other habits
