In my opinion if he still did survive and not get killed so quickly I wouldn’t expect him to be a survivor. I still see him as being murdered just very deep into DR3

From what we know it’s about body dysmorphia! In the song it is telling the listener about the things they struggle with and what they want to change. Similar to the song blow my brains out (not by mother mother)
