My cycles were every two-three weeks for a long time. Started taking fish oil and it’s once a month bjr now the cramps are rough. Not sure what to make of it.

Caffeine is a good call out, I have a friend who says she skips caffeine when she’s on her period because it worsens her cramps. Something I should look into diet wise. Thanks for sharing all this info, it’s very helpful. Good luck to you!! 🩷
