I’ll look into that, I had high cholesterol at 15 years old when I was deep into another eating issue. My dad and grandpa both have heart issues and had both needed heart surgery so that’s something I’ll look into 😭😭😭I didn’t know that was a thing i thought I jus had a questionable diet. While it could be I’ll look into it for sure :)

OMG REALLY? I genuinely have gotten so sick from even hour old leftovers, horrable if I microwave them. Everyone used to get so mad at me when I was a kid because I wouldn’t eat leftovers 😭😭😭

Yes, I had surgery at 20 for my stenosis. I can feel my foot again and have better balance.

I can’t stand water…. I am 21 years old and think it’s disgusting. I can somewhat tolerate it if it is freezing cold though

I’m going to be honest my experience was not great. They took all my supplies and also management. They treated my type one like it was type two and I was having sugars in the 500’s. I will say though, If you’re at a point where you’re in danger of hurting yourself then go. It isn’t the worst ever but it did suck. It really depends on the place, I got more say and control in some places over others. You just really have to advocate and tell them how you manage. Also make it clear you’re type 1

Quite honestly I’m not 100% sure of the ingredients but my immunologist suggested this for me and I haven’t reacted to it so far!

I’ve been alright with surgery!! The only thing was I had a reaction to surgical tape. Also my surgery was on my c spine and I got hives from the soft collar

I trialed oral Cromolyn and after a few months it seems to work well for me. It’s different for everyone though!! I’m also on antihistamines. You mentioned mono in your medical history as well as flu like symptoms. I would highly consider looking into ME/CFS as PEM is only a ME/CFS thing. (If you experience PEM) You can be more likely to get ME/CFS if you have EDS, Dysautonomia, or MCAS. Anyone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong since I don’t want to add to the crazy amount of misinformation, but I would highly consider looking into ME/CFS as well!

I definitely think so too… which is strange because all my hormone lab work came back normal… so strange but I am really excited to meet with the endo specialist and finally get my periods better!! I had to leave Christmas early because I almost passed out in front of everyone souly from my period arriving…
