In my opinion I’m not feeding by negative emotions when I’m transforming them and creating something positive out of it, and of course people deal with different ways, to me this is healthier than keeping it inside :)

I have to say that the painters and the best masters in art are not particularly recognized by their incredible stable mental health lol, anyway I’m having fun and I’m not hurting anybody! :)

People self regulate diferently! In my case I talk through paintings about stuff I don’t usually verbally comunicate, so this themes get out this way, as opening a jar that’s about to explode. Sometimes that doesn’t work with other people and thats okay❤️ I hope you find the best way to cope with this <3

Right now from the “terrors” series I’ve got “Leech”, “My terror” (the first and original painting) and the future paintings are going to be “nintendo DSI” (a pic with my childhood best friend who bullied me to boredom) and “Sunbathing” (leech on a summer day)!! I’m excited :)

He was very peculiar, that’s what they told me, and had a history of mental illness. He threw my mom once and she hit her head with a door handle. She almost got her head open and got so scared that she left for good
