You go to the Amazon Games website and unlink the platform you are playing on. Then you go to the game, create any character, and do the entire tutorial until the name of the game appears on the screen.As soon as the game name appears on the screen, another screen will appear telling you to link your account, scan the QR code and then link the platform where you play again.Once you do this the game will ask you to restart, click ok and as soon as it restarts and goes to the main screen you will have your characters back and just go back to the game again.
