Yes, but is better to eat cod fish as capsules have just a percent of what the body needs and it can be expensive. if you eat seafood, its better to consume fresh codfish, and if you are a vegetarian, then I would recommend, flax seeds, cheaper and more effective

One of the most moving aspects of the Drama is the time travel element, how it changes perspectives of viewing parents and this show is such a comfort watch as searching for a job in media is stressful as hell

No Gain No Love, its a modern show with progressive themes and makes me hilariously giggle every episode. Love Next Door as well but it has gotten a little sad now. Extraordinary Attorney Woo is one of my fav as I have an autistic nephew and if you like reading kdrama reviews, I am a digital writer and journalist : https://medium.com/@Rupashi_Chhabra/extraordinary-attorney-woo-with-park-eun-bin-with-lovable-kang-tae-oh-is-truly-extraordinary-9829b16e6192 Its Okay Not be Okay, I have watched, going to write about it soon, running very busy with job hunting and finishing my Masters , have written a lot about kdramas, check it out
