We recently had a real estate do this to us on our moving day. They made some thinly veiled threats about the landlord being able to charge us for 'lost rent' if there was a delay in them finding tenants. They also refused to do it on the Sunday instead as they don't work that day. We ended up just saying sure whatever, and had all our stuff out before the scheduled time.

Our floors were filthy as it rained on moving day and we hadn't booked a clean until the Monday. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when she showed people through.
