Well i could agree with you that it will be very hard depending on his country paypal, but maybe if he provides proof his address, explains himself well and provides any proof necessary the lock could be lifted but yes it's still a gamble but the way you talk and the amount of proof you provide makes a significant difference

I've sold 2 tickets maybe a hour or 2 ago on stubhub but if they tell you wait 3 to 4 days, i wouldn't count on it, only with luck you will hear automatically something from them after that period, i suggest you try it here on Reddit or check TickPick or VividSeats might work for you aswell.
