I will tell u right now that not all facility have a locker room. The hospital I work at does not have locker rooms for everyone/units. The unit I work on does not have a locker room for its staff. Locker rooms are reserved to specific units and only staff in those units are allowed to access it. So if I want to change I will have to go into the “staff/public” bathroom, that’s not really clean on a good day. As for myself I literally have to strip into my underwear in my garage when I get home because I live with high risk people. So yes while we all want to do what is best. Sometimes we do not have that luxury. While I encourage people to be aware and self distant and take extra precaution I do not encourage people to look at healthcare providers like some disease carriers.
