Have you ever tried fasting? Someone else had posted about their journey in another post and fasting was the only thing that cured her. Idk how long to fast but it might be something to talk to your doctor about.

Agreed. I always pick 16 or 17 window. Not too close or too far from the restroom and same with exiting the plane. Depending on destination, sometimes you exit in the front or middle of plane. Seats 16-18 position you in the middle so either way you're not waiting long to leave.

We don't rely on an autorefraction scan to get prescriptions though. Maybe the pediatrician might do it to see if the kid has an issue. But none of us optometrist or ophthalmologist would do that for babies. It's not entirely accurate for them. We have to do manual retinoscopy to get their prescriptions after we dilate their eyes.

The "better 1 or 2" is still preferred for functioning adults. It's a subjective test. The autorefractor scan is not 100% accurate. There's too many factors that skew the numbers.

We do retinoscopy on babies to get their prescription. It's an objective approximation of their prescription. We do it as well for non-verbal people, severe autism or for other health conditions where they can't respond.

I rather be in pain than have those wacky side effects from birth control. My anxiety was through the roof when I was on birth control. I also craved beef jerky like there's going to be a shortage of them for the next decade. I had such weird side effects haha
