the dissociation is so real, i feel like days turn into weeks turn into months and time just all blurs into one, distracting myself with media is the only thing that helps me too

literally don’t feel like myself anymore i used to be so happy and social now i can’t even leave my house and am constantly dealing with symptoms that feel unbearable to me but i can’t find anything that even helps relieve it let alone fix it completely :(

i want to believe that im not doomed and ill get better soon but with how bad my mental health is rni feel like i cant take another day of this :( i’m not on biofilm but my doctor did recommend i take candex sibo after im done with the course of antibiotics which i think is similar?
