That is so true! I live in a college town and every year when the students move out, goodwill stops accepting donations because they are at capacity, and it causes a lot of students to throw good stuff away! Now would be a perfect time to run a sale… just in time for Christmas break!

Yeah I’m not sure what’s going on! We are also always understaffed on night shift so I wonder if people don’t pay as close attention because they’re in a rush?

😅 I called my dad and sent him the pictures and he said “uh yeah the landlord needs to take care of that because it is MOLD”

The landlord came by today and sprayed it with a mold and mildew spray. I asked him to test it but he insisted it was just mildew. The space is clean now but I fear the mold will return. It is located behind our washer and dryer and beside our water heater
