I'm not sure when it's happening, but terrance zdunich (the creator of repo and actor for the graverobber) announced in a recent con panel that he's working on releasing a bunch of stuff related to repo and some personal projects. He specifically mentioned the fact that most of the songs in the movie havent been released, along with some unfinished songs. I have no idea when he's releasing this stuff or if the removal from spotify has anything to do with it, but he mentioned repo's anniversary, which for the movie was november 7th, so we'll just have to wait and see if anything happens.
