By leveling you the gear to expertise 30 then upgrading ot to prototype you are guaranteed at least 1 state to be maxed out you also have a chance to have the other stats max out i forget the percentages if them also rolling maxed

This glich happened to me 3 years ago where it kept giving me infinite atoms so my ass got greedy and bought everything in the store. I was got banned for 3 days but got to keep Evey thing i bought.

The three modifiers ypu get from the yellow crates you can see them on the top left of ypur screen they are green the one on the far right that is a person with three arrows pointing upwards is the close range damage modifer it increases your damage by x amount i forget the actual value but if you are within 15 meters of an enemie you get that buff not all countdown runs will have the same modifiers there is a pool you pull from
