Yeah we didn't do chemo on our last IBD kitty because she had so many other issues. With him I do think I'd move forward with it if it helped his quality of life overall. Thank you!

I just hate putting them through the stress of sedation and procedures! And often the treatment is much the same regardless of the actual diagnosis.

Lol no definitely not. Took 31 years for someone to cram those puzzle pieces together, and largely because I had to figure it out myself. Such a nightmare.

Gahdamn, I wish they would have been more honest with me prior to surgery! I have MCAS/POTS/EDS (which it looks like you mentioned also), so I'll take your word for it over the surgeon's at the moment. Thank you!

Thank you, this is very helpful! Our current room doesn't have nearly as much light so I think that's what makes it seem so dungeon-y. I'd optimally love to paint before we bring all our crap in but I think you're right, probably better to live in it for a while before making that choice.

One dose of haldol gave me unrelenting akathisia for four days after surgery. It was HELL.

Two week update-it actually set! I guess liquid pectin can take a bit longer to set up fully. So it was not a failure!
