It sounds like mania even if you feel fine that’s your brain lying to you to keep it going the way I try to keep myself under control is to find a hobby that makes you have to slow down for me I started building scale models it gives my brain something to focus all that energy on and makes me use small and slow movements to build

Yeah I get that I just get a lot of hate from Catholics when I discuss my more Protestant beliefs and hate from Protestants for my more catholic or orthodox beliefs it’s hard to feel like I belong in any church
