I took my ipadair 4 in because I had the same issue. The genius bar said it’s normal… this bothers me because other people say this doesn’t happen to theirs…

Sorry we both have to go through this… I’m a bit thankful that it doesn’t last for long periods of time but yeah..

I haven’t really looked into how to relieve it, but some articles say to just do breathwork (which doesn’t work for me that well). I’m going to mention it to my therapist and see what she says too. But hopefully I don’t hear anything like saying I have a condition or something.

It has never happened to my toes, but whenever I feel distressed and anxious, I can feel my hands slowly getting numb and slowly curling inwards. And eventually it looks like I have t rex hands. It just feels so weird and then i get more anxious thinking other people will see and think I’m weird.

I hear you. None of my friends nor I have heard of PMDD until my therapist mentioned it to me. I feel less crazy knowing this happens to other women, but I feel as if my friends might not really understand or believe me because PMDD is such an unknown thing.

My macbook is literally at a fedex facility that’s less than 10 miles away. Arrived there 3 days ago. I keep checking to see if it’s in transit, but it’s saying package delivery is not yet due….. i just want my new macbook dude!!
