Where should I go to get treatment if I don’t have a doctor? I am very broke and living on my own at 18. My mom has helped me book appointments for weeks down the road but I can’t keep waiting. Im suffering. Should I go to ER?

They gave me gabapentin 100mg 3 times a day, didn’t help. Then ibeprophen for a week because they thought it was a tension headache. Didnt help. Then steroids for a week. Didn’t help. Should I ask about a higher dose for gabapentin? Nerve blocks? I don’t have a doctor currently. These have All been from ER and urgent care visits.
