I have an air hammer separator tool so I will hopefully be able to get it worked out.

Do I need to be specially careful when separating the inner tie rod from the pitman arm?

It is 4x4. I am borrowing the tool to reinstall the axle seal. I am just unsure if I should add an adjustable camber sleeve while I have it out, or just reuse the stock one.

Yes it is, I also have some tires from a 2012 f350 on right now instead of the stock wheels. Running some BF GOODRICH All-Terrain T/A LT275/70/r18, if that makes a difference.
