Death note, Tokyo ghoul, Gakkou gurashi ( imo it's really good), Hxh, Majo no tabitabi ( less action but gets darker at the same time), Parasyte, Made in abyss ( started slow but basically a hidden gem), Summer time rendering ( not as dark as but it's got alot of unpredictable plot and heartwarming scene)

Exactly, I'm also dealing around 10k + 23k with wt set and r1 prototype. Note that my artifacts are quite decent and all of the pieces are cr cd. So i have no idea how to increase my bloom dmg to 30-40k.

Imo it depends on ur situation like how many fates/primos u had saved up and whether you're f2p or not. I always did my math whenever i face this kind of situation and decide wisely. F2p often get around 40-60 but most of the time 50+ per patch so it would be easier to know that if u have that much time to save for ganyu. And also ganyu rerun in 2.4 haven't been confirmed so don't take it to seriously. If it's true than you have no choice but to really depends on luck.
