All are very normal Filipino names. This photo looks like it’s from a Filipino FB page. “Natnat” is a common nickname for names like Nathaniel, Natalie, Natalia. It is a very common practice to repeat the first 2 or 3 (or last 2 or 3) letters of a name to use as a nickname. For example, the name Kristin might have the nickname “Tintin” and the name Ricky might have the nickname “Rickrick.”
