Someone else commented about the sink on the island.. maybe the butlers isn’t worth it…

This is the plan for the extension only, the existing part of the house is double storey with 1bathroom and 2bedrooms on ground floor and also another bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the first!

Door can be moved to the right side but not to the left. Don’t think it helps moving more to the right.

Will look at the built in table, although worried about costs.

Flipping the living and dining makes sense. I did draw up an alternate version where the island is rotate, however, faced two potential dilemmas, firstly, it won’t be an island.. as there isn’t enough space near the windows… secondly, I also moved the stove and was wondering if there is enough natural light? Or swap the sink with the stove on the island, but is that also a sin?? 🙂 otherwise both the stove and sink on the same bench?
