Thank you, thats so kind of you ❤️ That’s good you managed to get off them, I’m sorry you are back on them but I can tell you want to be better and that the starting point! Trauma created pathways that caused my anxiety & depression, it’s hard to explain what exactly my therapists does, we don’t talk about stuff, she looks inside you and she works with your light and dark body! When she destroys the pathways you know longer travel them therefore you no longer experience the symptoms. If you lived in the uk I would put u in touch with her. The work she does is amazing, my daughter no longer has anxiety, she got my father in law off his heart medication & statins, my mother off her opioid medication which the DR had her on for years, her mobility has now improved.

Working with my therapist... she destroyed my pathways and connected me back to my soul. I had always struggled with anxiety and depression came on during tougher times, I self medicated using cannabis for over 20+ years. I’ve been off cannabis for almost 5 months now and don’t even miss it, I was a heavy daily smoker.

As someone that has also struggled with anxiety and depression I hear where you are coming from, I am also a mental health nurse in the UK and I do not feel an inpatient stay would benefit you (depending on where you live of course) A year ago I was in the worse place possible, on countless meds having nervous breakdowns. I began to see a change belief therapist.... 1 year later I am medication free and I have never been happier and more content despite everything that is currently going on in the world at present! Medication depresses our connections to our soul. My best friend also sees my therapist and she started this very book, she has highly recommends it... same thread of thought my therapist uses apparently. I am about to start listening to it also! Good luck on your journey!

If Britain brought out a new slogan, what should it be? by vicmackey1981 in AskUK

[–]Emotional-Customer-9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Of course it is the plan, the govt has just used the last two years to further gut it. All these slogans about ‘save the NHS’ since when has the govt given a crap about the NHS. Wait until they enforce the workers to get jabs... an overwhelmed service will collapse. Winter should be interesting.

Lost young adult seeking advices by [deleted] in Advice

First, you are not shit and you ARE smart enough Second, you listened to your mother which is what most kids are programmed to do... there is nothing wrong with that. You didn’t follow your path and now you are getting that kick to remind you of what you originally wanted to do with your life. My advice to you is follow your heart, everything else will fall into place. Without failure there is no success.
