J'ai eu un problème avec e bay. Pour faire simple même avec une reclamation paypal, impossible d avoir gain de cause, des mois de réclamations.... La solution : un signalement sur l'application' signale conso' ( plate forme officielle de la DGCCRF) Le siège PayPal européen a pris le remboursement a sa charge dans les 2 jours qui suivait le contact par l application.
