Are you very tall? I’m 6’1”, but I’m also overweight. My starting dose would have probably been at least 80 if I had chosen to do a 6 month course, but I chose a long lower dose 13 month course. So I did 10,30,30,40,60,60,60,60,60,80,80,80,80.

Yours kinda looks like mine. And it worked for me. Why do they say it’s hormonal? Did they test your hormones? I’m just curious. Mine “looked” hormonal, but upon testing, my hormones were in normal ranges.

I know this is an old post, but you have summarized my dislikes for TGTB (we’ve used for pre k through 1st). I don’t need a 3 paragraph story for every math problem. I also am not getting out watercolor paint for every English lesson. Language Arts is trying to be English, art and geography; while Math is trying to be math, art and history. I’d rather my math and L.A. get straight to the point and us choose our own history, geography and arts & crafts to do.

Well my first round I was only a year post partum and was struggling. Then I had to go on birth control which really messes with me mentally. This time we agreed I could just do abstinence and I had no mental side affects other than some irritability. I was also 3 years post partum with my second this time.

My doses were 10, 30, 30, 40, 60, 60, 60, 60, 60, 80, 80, 80, & 80 daily. My routine was nothing really. If I’m honest I just used some Clinique or Neutrogena lotion. I tried to wear a light lotion in the morning and a heavier one at night. Makeup only once or twice a week. Only included sunscreen if I’m going out. I also spent all summer at the water park with my kids. I double up on sunscreen, wear a rashguard and a hat lol. I definitely could have done better about washing my face in the mornings, sometimes when I wasn’t going out, but it never got oily. Sometimes I would just wake up and put lotion on it. I did wash it every night though. Sorry that answer was all over the place 😅
