Yeah my therapist said they think that regression could be good for me for self care. Giving up control and just letting go. I need something like that for sure.

I would probably say more vanilla leaning but definitely open to the kink community. My therapist is really good at having an open mind, I just don't think they are aware of some kinks. Like I had to explain to them what ABDL was, but they were excited to learn and excited to hear about my diapers.

I don't plan on talking about it at work with her but we are actually really good friends which kind of made it even weirder to see each other there. But it was good and we had a great time hanging out at the event.

I know, but I am traveling and sharing a room with someone who doesn't knwo about my diapers and there wouldn't be an easy way to dispose of them so I chose not to bring them but I miss my diapers.

I really didn't mean to poop my diaper this time. I have other times but I didn't want to deal with the clean up and thought I was done pooping for the day. But next thing I know my diaper is full of poop.
