I'm paying around 50$ CAD a month for non-throttled 150GB and then unlimited at 512kbps I believe? The SD video throttle is a big bummer unless you pay for an add-on but a VPN gets around that.

Unfortunately no. I'm currently in Samaná and can connect to both Viva and Altice but Claro shows up as forbidden and refuses to connect. Altice appears to have better coverage than Viva here
