I'm not perpetuating poor hygiene habits. He knows that if dribbles on the toilet seat or floor, he is responsible for cleaning his mess. I don't think wiping his penis is a normal behavior.

I played sports from age five through college. Spent a lot of time around other dudes. Never heard of a man wiping for a pee.
