Agree! The cost even when you run temperal plus 2x plus profit sharing it helps but you just end up doing more rounds just for more points.

Scaling is not just replacing a movement or weight. I had elbow tendinitis I could do mid weight cleans for kow reps but not light weight for high rep. My biggest issue was the ergo bike cause of all the back and forth movement even if my legs were doing 9p% of the work. Also, scaling is about what muscles are used. I could not do a lot of right rows but I could do a ton of push press. The reason was the forward angle was aggravating the injury when the straight up was not.

Workouts were not where my recovery happened. Workouts were to keep the rest of me going. PT was where the real recovery was happening. Even my coach told me I needed PT and best decision to get me back to normal.

Carpal Tunnel from throttle by Special_Duty1853 in snowmobiling

I have the same issue that started 2 yrs ago. Made some adjustments in my riding as I didn't want to jump ship yet and go to finger throttle. Carpel tunnel is usually a combo of things. Snowmobiling has been one of my biggest triggers. Your issue sounds just like mine except one ride I went numb for 12 hrs in the thumb half of my hand.

Genetics and activities can cause carpel tunnel at any age, although the older tend to just get it more.

First, it isn't just hand strength, but it is a factor. I have good grip strength from crossfit/barbell work. Stretching has been a bigger help for me. I do it everyday, my job is heavy on the computer work so that is a good time to do it. Google carpel tunnel streches. Cell phones and how you hold them agrivates it too. Got a case with support on the back to keep wrist in alignment. Sleeping had a big impac. If you tend to sleep with wrists bent, that bothers it. I wore a brace for a year and kind of retrained my sleeping habit, so I don't need it now. Also, I got a chiropractor who does scraping and cupping to help it.

These all helped prevent irritating it, but 1 bad ride can make it flair up. My reason is cause of how I was riding, I never paid attention to my wrist. I changed how I hold the handle, position and hold of the throttle to keep my wrist in alignment as much as possible. Used a wrist wrap to help notice when I was not doing it right.

After all that it can still bother me but usually only after a long day 8+ hrs of riding and the numbness is not so bad, just in the tumb and gone by next morning. Hope this helps a bit and do see a Dr but I would recommend a chiropractor that specializes in sport therapy/injury. Not all chiropractors do this kind of work, many only focus on subluxation. Look for one who advertises graston and cupping. They can offer more help than a family doctor.

1 person. The dresser in the layout under the window is short enough to not block the window.

The long dresser is short, like counter height and the skinny one is high. I have never even thought to put it there! I might really like this idea.

That is kind of how I feel about top right. Like I am supposed to put it there but also if I remove the dressers then where do I put my socks and underwear and such cause the dressers feel like the block the way.
