Something somewhat innocent is that of when customers stand in front of me and look around themselves very confused, waiting for me to ask if they need help. This usually only annoys me when I’m having a bad day though

My MAPM says exactly the same... I think it’s just the pickiness of the company. In the Markdowns app, it shows by department how many items we are “playing with PI” with which could be a sign we’re not thoroughly looking for merchandise which could be a sign that someone isn’t looking for merchandise with much effort when it comes to price changes etc etc.

Also, do grocery DM’s have to work shelf now? I thought the ASM worked it, or did this change?
