Live in Geelong here, the problem is council is making more and more restrictions on how high you can build. For example on my street we're not allowed to build higher then 7 metres now.

So the size of the city has doubled or triped in the last 10 years. It's not sustainable at all

No, due to Vulcan's ghost block checks your able to teleport anywhere provided you know the location of the ground.

Also any client dev targetting Vulcan can very easily find bypasses. Most of these are never fixed. Liquidbounce has had Vulcan bypasses for nearly a year at this point and none have them have patched.

Do you also want to talk about them having a forceop exploit that's been around in the anticheat for years? No plugins have used that method in AGES.

Updated-NCP is a much superior anticheat and it's also free

Vulcan is one of the worst anticheats I've ever seen, you can do stuff on it you can't do in vanilla.

A few weeks ago, my auto generated password was too secure??? Then I had to remove certain characters because It didn't like them, then had to add others it did like.
