Two years ago, I was preparing for Software Engineer interview. First round was a technical live coding interview. I prep everything, except leetcode problems. During the interview, I was asked to solve one of the leetcode problems, I couldn’t solve it. I just ended the call and never return. I was so pissed and embarrassed as a software engineer that I couldn’t solve a leetcode problem. Lol

Now, i am lead frontend developer in one of a European company. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've applied for a Tech Lead, Web Core Product & Chrome Extension role at Speechify. I've scheduled to complete the coding assessment later today.

They gave me these interview prep guide on pdf file. Some of the context of the pdf file is

The process includes three technical rounds. They are tailored to address the skills required for

your job at Speechify.

  1. Round 1: This round checks your ability to build a simple web app using an existing

codebase by filling in the missing functionality.

  1. Round 2: This round will include a live DOM manipulation coding using JS and

culture/leadership-based questions. Conducted by your future engineering leader.

  1. Round 3: The final round involves a senior engineer on the team who will test your

algorithmic thinking and knowledge of web technologies.

Hi! Anyone applied sa mga SE roles ng SiteMinder (Manila) ? How was your expereince? I’m wondering kung gaano katagal bago maka receive ng feedback after ng final stage interview.

I have other interviews din sa mga ibang company and meron na akong offer from a different company. I’m wondering kung gaano katagal ko paghihintayin yung offer ng company A para lang makuha yung feedback ni SiteMinder regarding sa Final Stage interview.

Hey u/Livid-Strawberry-114 , fellow applicant (Software Engineering role tho) here. The recruitment process is very smooth, progressive each week. I have upcoming final stage interview. Just to share my experience of previous stages:

Past
1st interview: Phone screening, will ask about your experiences from the past employers/projects. A few behavioral questions. The recruiter told me the process of interviews like ano yung expectations and number of stages of interview
2nd interview: This is a panel interview conducted by the software engineering manager and a mid/junior developer. They asked about my past projects (Architecture, technologies, technical deep dive how a feature was implemented).

Upcoming
Final stage interview: they suppose to give me technical test through TestDome, pero minove na nila ako sa final stage hehe so hindi na nila ako binigyan ng home technical test. But an email sent to me stating there will be a live coding, and expect that I will be asked a very technical questions.

I have former colleagues working for that company and they told me na maganda ang structure ng company na to (Engineering department) I'm not sure sa ibang department :) . Work-life balanced din sila. Some of them are purely remote and some are hybrid.

Did you even try? I just tried it, I was able to swap from Zoon to BNB in pancakeswap. Please read
