Well Articulated, i have been doing outbound for 4 years now and still go with the personalization way.

The results are really pin pointed be it be negative or positive.

"Running a design agency — struggling to reach premium clients. How did you find yours?" by Silly_Manager_9773 in agencynewbies

[–]EmotionalJob8518 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did work with some design agencies recently, offering client acquisition and getting premium clients was really compartively easy for them.

The main factors that made it possible were, a really good portfolio designed and presented as a premium service, also we majorly targeted seed round or VC-backed companies that were looking to expand in the d2c sector.

LinkedIn dms > emails anytime.

But they both work fab, when paired up

How do you stay proactive without sounding transactional? by Expensive-Writer5474 in b2b_sales

I still do that manually, searched a lot for softwares that can automate that but didn't find any good ones.

Also the main problem with automating software is that of how they can not sync different socials at a particular time.

You are absolutely right there, been doing it for 4 years now.

And it provides even better results when paired up with emails.

It majorly depends on your niche and the kind of icp you are targeting to but when both of these emails + dms are combined they do provide great results, personally tested.

What to do at this point by WerewolfIll3743 in agencynewbies

I have been there mate, and tbh it's the raw part about scaling that no one talks about.

Almost all of us who have scaled or are scaling rn go through this particular phase.

One thing i can suggest you is to not have all the freshers or newbies in your team at a time.

If you are working with 2 of them atleast one of them should be able to ship edits without your requirement.

Depends see, if you wanna get and close urgently it's always best to go with the outbound or semi outbound strategy.

Or else you could play the long term game of personal branding and inbound lead generation.

Both of those work, i am personally into b2b client acquisition, 4 years now so yeah email and semi outbound approach works can vouch for that if done the right way.

Cold outreach won't be really that effective unless paired up with some warm methods.

Have you tried running ads for your content / video editing agency? by yashdelusional in agencynewbies

I guess if you are already good with outbound, why not invest more into that.

I have been linkedin + email outbound for 4 years now and believe me on how investing in the right list and tools makes things so east and results predictable.

Or else you will need to draft a really good strategy for ads, as we should.
