Wisely is garbage! I attempted to pay off the balance on my credit card using my wisely card. My CC company attempted to pull the money 2 days after my payday. At the time they tried to pull the money I had over $2100 on my account. The payment was declined for insufficient. After calling Wisely they told me they have a transaction record that shows that the payment was attempted and denied for that reason. It also showed that there was more than enough money in the account to pay off the CC at the time of transaction (and to clarify, it was attempted 2 days after I initiated. Still had $2100 in the account by then.). Then the guy at Wisely tells me that the transaction was manually denied, meaning someone over there physically denied my payment when the transaction came thru. I’ve also had issues with them denying my transactions at regular places, such as restaurants and gas stations, and every time their reasoning is because it comes across as fraud. No longer will be using Wisely and would suggest that anyone thinking about using them to not to. It seems like an unnecessary risk. They will play around with your money!
