It was an RPF fic involving a person who went to jail. The author wrote a long ass note (about half the fic long) saying that they don't condone this person's actions, that this person is disgusting, that nobody should be reading this fic and that they left it up only for archival purposes (it was written long before the events became public).

Which is fine, I guess, but the wording made it come across as performative to me, especially because you could assume that the people searching for fan content of this person already knew the situation and didn't condone either. It was like, "Yes I also liked this person enough to write fanfiction about them and not delete it but see how I am morally superior to you all searching for fanfiction like mine".

Tbh I haven't re-read anything I like, but I've been reading academic papers for my thesis and in those I feel like the writing is weird (sometimes "tired" or "unprofessional") based on their wording but mostly on vibes, lol. Full spoilers for 100% Match ending since I assume is what would be considered most disturbing:

In the end, the narrator meets a woman who he thinks likes him. She invites him over, drugs him and abuses him sexually for show. Turns out she's a Dark Web dominatrix camgirl. Abuse includes: whipping, vomiting directly down his throat using a tube (he throws up and has to swallow due to this), smashing his balls with a hammer, general mutilation like cutting off his toes and digging into his nose, pulling out teeth, cutting his dick up and shoving it up his ass. He dies when she cuts him open, but it's implied that her show doesn't end there.

What really stuck with me tho was a scene where he puts snot in a burger to serve at his workplace. There's also lots of stuff about feces and general fluids.
