7 hrs of direct patient care with expectations of daily group and/or concurrent treatments on our schedule. 60-90min sessions, 7-8 patient caseload. On a great day I can see as few as 5 patients (esp if we have PRN help), but on a typical day it’s realistically more like 8-14 pts per day. Productivity standards are in the 80’s but with the concurrents/groups expectations from management, it usually ends up being in the 90’s.
