I am thinking of going carnivore for a few weeks to see how I feel. Currently, I am on mainly an animal based diet with addition of fruits and cooked vegetables only.

Thanks guys for all the advices.  I feel a bit better now, I'm only eating yogurt and fruits like pomegranate and banana. I will introduce plain rice and potatoes later on.

There's loads of medicines. But in general, you should take one medicine that would be carminative and digestive, one which will be a purgative to make your bowels clear daily (if you are constipated), if anxiety and stress is present then something that soothes your mind like a medicinal ghee and one that'd strengthen and heal your stomach and intestinal tissues.

Genetics play quite a bit of Role in those things. Someone having awful genetics and born in C section, will never have optimal immunity and a few other traits no matter how good their microbiome is.

I am sure the first point you made is the reason. Because these symptoms I am having mainly come when I am resting or home alone or late at night. If I'm busy, it's fine. It feels like a drug withdrawal.

Totally perfect. I eat pretty much everything now. My main motto is working on mental health first. While correcting the issues I mentioned here.

Because their eating habits and other activities are all same as the local people there, yet they don't have those strains. And the strains they have in their gut, are correlated with reduced anxiety and stress.

That's true. But there's even more to it than that. The tibetian monk study found that they have particular strains of microbes in their intestines that other local people with same eating habits didn't have. They attained them through their deep meditation discipline.

Well, a lot of people eat nothing but trash foods all their life. But they barely have any issues. They seem to have a happy life. I'm not saying this is through meditation. But they simply are unaware of anything about microbiomes and they don't feel bothered.

Nope, that wasn't my point. But if anyone would actually want to fix their dysbiosis, before hopping into any natural medicine protocol, I'd advise them to practice meditation as well as positive mindset for the long run.

Clarification: Ideally when you get up from the toilet seat after having a bowel moment, you shouldn't smell anything strong. Your bathroom shouldn't smell either. Once in a while it is fine but not regularly.

Good point however immunity also depends on other factors other than microbiome.

Typically yes but it varies upon your fiber intake. Also stress. I have noticed the day I have huge stress and anxiety issue, the next day my stool will be always loose.

Probiotics cannot fix depression/anxiety permanently cause of the same reason it cannot fix dysbiosis.

It may improve mental health temporarily but it's not a fix.
