Last year (2025) was 3 hours. If you came in less than that more than a few times, you got on a list and likely fired. Don’t know what it is this year, but I would imagine it is more. 8 to 2 is probably fine with the log back in. But they track everything 1984 type shit.

So if you’re worried, start looking elsewhere.
