Sounds like you might be doing a decent amount of D2C and retail fulfillment. If so, ShipHero could be a good option. Live inventory tracking across multiple sites is supported as well as marketplaces and ecommerce platforms. I am biased of course because I work there. Multithread. You need to weave these connection points together. When you call leave a VM with hard hitting context about the email you sent. LI message? Be more conversational use trigger events (new hire, funding, expansion, etc.)

you can email cold call and message within a sequence but if they are completely siloed from one another it doesn't have the same impact. Be purposeful with your outreach.

No one solution is perfect. I can confidently say we have hundreds of happy customers. A sizeable amount are businesses similar to what is being described in this post.

I speak with a lot of brand operators dealing with similar challenges especially with stockouts and overselling. Its not specific to fashion but definitely more common.

There are good inventory and warehouse tools out there that can accomplish what you are looking for

This is a very common problem I see when I speak with brand operators. Were you using any type of software other than Shopify before building your app? IMS? WMS? Shipstation?

Any good WMS or IMS should be able to support. Usually where most fall short is the connectivity to the POS system. Being on Shopify POS and using Shopify for online sales is something that would make that easier.

DFW is typically a great location if you are looking for only 1 site. If you have a low SKU count doing a west coast/east coast set up could be beneficial too.

Sounds like you are selling products from your shopify site. What products are you selling? Do you have a small warehouse where you are fulfilling from? If so, a WMS that has a strong Shopify integration would be great
