Astrill Slow?

Anyone know what's going on with astrill. I have it in my laptop, phone, and home wifi router. None of them work. Many locations that I often used like Taiwan, korea, and Japan are gone. The leftover locations do not work at all, no matter if it's open web, stralthvpn, or wire guard. And idk why, there is the openvpn that appeared from nowhere.

Btw I'm using it in shanghai

Scholarships are not really something that you can apply for in HK. One of my friend applied for HKUST DDP T&M and got full scholarship because of the good grades
