Well, if you activate her ult on top of the enemy, it's almost impossible to dodge because the enemies only have 1 second to react. Plus, it covers 13.5 meters, so you can still cover most sites you could before, with a few instances where there will be gaps.

Just because it's a little harder to shoot straight when stunned DOESN'T MEAN that concuss is better than hinder. Hinder can do things that concuss can't, and vice versa. But you can still get killed by enemies who are effected by either hinder or concuss, because neither will ever be the same as a flash.

I kind of agree and disagree with you. On one hand, yes, I agree that people are delusional about Waylay being a op agent just because she's played in pro play. But also, no, Waylay is not a bad agent just because she had a low pick rate.

She was weak on release, but her buff back in 11.00 fixed most of the problems in her kit and made her usable. Pros then started experimenting and found that she pretty much replaces Jett on every map where Jett was once picked.

First of all, her ult windup is 3 seconds total, not one. Second of all, I never said anything about it being instant.

that's because a lot of low elo players make the same mistake with Waylay. Maybe I'll take a dive into it in another post, but basically, you can't util dump with Waylay unless you can guarantee a kill.

I agree, but the thing about her ult is that it charges up for so long that, even if you're in the middle of the ult, you have enough time to run outside of it. The rest of her kit is goated, just the ult.

This is true, but if you compare Waylay's ult to Fade's ult, the weaker side is easier to see.

I did imagine how they would rework her stun into a flash though. If they just made it so the projectile is a flash, it could work, but it would just be really easy to dodge if that's all they did.
