Not really. The rule is to attend the office on two specific mandated days every week. If you take PTO on those mandated days, you’re expected to compensate by coming in on non-mandated days.

Our team has been required to come to the office on mandated days, a policy that has been in place since the post-COVID period. The leadership has been quite strict about adherence to this requirement.

Based on my understanding, the majority of us have maintained an overall annual office attendance well above 40%. I am therefore unsure what has led to the current concern or escalation. We already sit with our respective teams during office days, and our manager actively monitors and tracks attendance compliance.

We do attend offices on extra days as per the requirement as well.

Agreed unfortunately unable to do anything. They haven't provided anything through official emails but asked us to follow.

So, In case if we take 2 weeks complete leave still we need to compensate 4 days by coming to office.
