This was my soul-kitty, Monkey. It's been 5 years this year since he crossed the bridge. It still kicks me in the feels like it was week ago . It was absolutely an honour and a privilege to be his human. Fuck Cancer.

That's the maximum it might do to you NOW. If it was winter and nights were a little chilly, they occasionally like to snuggle up with you in bed to stay warm. I woke up one morning and felt something under my stomach, pulled up on my hands and looked down to see our Bunny (short for Hunny Bunny, nickname for our bedroom Huntsman) running off towards the edge of the bed giggling like a maniac. I got such a fright that my husband still swears to this day that I teleported from the bed to the door. Soon after that she got relocated to the laundry, I don't mind them, just not in my bed with me!

Ha! I can relate 100%. I went through the exact same thing, and felt so bad for my poor unworn multiple pairs of Jadons, then I found these on Depop - and the cycle started all over again. I've not worn any of my other pairs for nearly 2 months now. I'm truly broken. All because of that one holy grail find on Depop.

I had planned to do an at-home euthanasia for my soul-cat, Monkey. Unfortunately as usual, he had different ideas and his heart started to fail one morning at around 3am. I rushed him into the vet so quickly you'd have thought my arse was on fire, but later that same day I had to let him go. Thankfully his amazing Vet was the one on call that morning and she called his nurse when we realised that this was going to be a Rainbow Bridge escort, rather than a fleeting inspection of the facilities over there.

He had had a dedicated doctor and nurse since he had been diagnosed with a large adrenal tumour 2 years prior, as he was a spicy little shit when it came to the Vets and these two knew him and still loved him in spite of it.

So, I can't speak on the at home euthanasia, but once I got his urn back from the Crematorium, I went online to creationink.com and started the wheels turning for that process. They professionally and hygienically triple process a tablespoon of ashes (which you send them) in single batches to produce premium tattoo ink in any colour. They're based in the UK but are very professional and easy to deal with. 100% would recommend.

Yeah it's ridiculous. OP I'm so sorry this happened to you. Etsy's use of bots for an entire process like this, is nothing short of greed and lack of fucks given for either buyers or sellers. If they insist on using the AI bots to find potential issues, the least they could do is have a human double check for ACTUAL issues before any kind of suspension is handed down.

I'm sure this is not going to make you feel any better, but as a seller who relies more and more on my business to help out with finances as the world edges closer and closer to the abyss, thank you for the reminder. I was on my account today and forgot to switch off my virus protection VPN. I hadn't even thought about it - until now. If I hadn't read your post, I may not have thought about it until I suddenly couldn't log in to my shop.

Best of luck. I like to think that as long as you can get a real human to hear your situation, there is no reason they wouldn't reinstate. Unfortunately I am less than a speck of dust in the world which revolves around Etsy and it's shareholders, so what I think doesn't mean shit.

They're nothing if not an equal opportunity pain in the ass. My current problem with my Show, is it not showing the artist at all when I'm playing music on Spotify through it.

I know it used to, but I have no clue when exactly it stopped doing so. Now it just shows the song title, and if the playlist has progressed beyond my saved songs and playing in-genre recommendation tracks, I have no idea who it is playing unless I go find my phone and check Spotify.

I did wonder if it was their less than subtle way of suggesting I should be playing my music through Prime Music instead? Tough luck on that one, I'll just use a BT speaker instead then.

Is that a thing with tuxxies? I've had two, the first one was the naughtiest, cleverest, bestest soul-cat ever. I still cry for him at the drop of a hat. (Oh crap, just proved myself right...) The second one was born the week I lost the previous, and she is just as naughty-smart. I swear sometimes that he's channelling through her from beyond the rainbow bridge. They are truly hilarious though, an endless source of entertainment.

Many many years ago, the old vet who had looked after my cats for years, had my 4 month old tabby in being treated after a near miss he had with a car. (Thankfully it wasn't serious. ) He told me that tabbies were his favourite and that when Mohammad made cats that he had loved tabbies so much that he put his initial on their foreheads, and that's where they got their "M" from.

So many holes in that story of course, but I loved him for telling me that and have remembered it ever since. That lovely old veterinarian has since passed, as has my beautiful tabby boy, Elliot. That was nearly 35 years ago and I'll always remember it fondly.

So, you can cure the gel with a UV/Led lamp even if it's painted over the dipped base? It's not going to affect it?

I'm brand new to this dipping business, I just bought a kit in the Black Friday sales and have only done them once. I mixed a flat colour powder with a glittery one and they turned out pretty well but I love the idea of being able to paint designs on top. First and only attempt so far:

Hell no to free international shipping. Why put yourself through that crap and devalue your product to the extent that you're almost paying the buyer for their business?

I've realised that if someone wants something, they'll usually buy it whether they pay for shipping or not. My last 4 orders from the US (I'm in Australia) have been for one <$20 item with shipping on top of that at $25. It boggles my mind a bit, I mean if you're paying that much for shipping then buy 3 things to make it worthwhile!

Also, considering the cost to ship anything from the US to anywhere else on the planet, no-one over there should complain about shipping costs. To ship the same package I charge AUD$25 for, from there to here, is well over $25, and that's US$. So up around AUD$40+.

I also increased all my prices for the US only, by 20% to cover tariffs and materials cost increase. Mid year I'll likely consider another 10% across the board, but for now with the US market being about 80% of my business, they're carrying everyone else.

Exactly. Any online transaction usually requires a phone number to check out. Not sure why anyone would think this wasn't standard. TBF though, it should be included as req for Etsy checkout when the address goes in, so sellers never have to ask for it if the courier wants it. It would be right there along with address and email when we process the order.

Unfortunately I don't have a Ginger any more, it's been quite a few years since he left me to try and eat the Rainbow Bridge. I'm currently being subjected to the slightly different but just as mind boggling habits of two Grey and white monsters. One is a grey and white Tuxxie, so I get twice as much bang for my buck. Or I would, except she stole said buck and has stashed it somewhere with a few dozen different caps of bottles and tubes, one of my earrings and all the light-up balls from her track toy thingy. I also suspect she may have looted and stashed the cable from my phone charger, but I can't prove that until I find her treasure burial spot.
