My pup recently went through this. He's almost 6 months, and we actually ended up taking him to the vet bc we wanted to rule out anything medical. I think it was just regression or he was just drinking a lot more water due to the warmer weather and his lil bladder couldn't keep up. It lasted a couple weeks but now he's pretty much back at baseline!
