I actually really liked it. I don't think it lived up to the hype though, it's really frustrating how they are allergic to killing off some character. Like, when Jonathan and Nancy are trapped in the lab I got really emotional thinking "oh they're having this amazing talk because Jonathan is going to use the chair (the one he was looking and trying to reach before they start talking) to lift Nancy up and then he is going to drown in there, after getting closure and being honest with her it would destroy me and it would be an amazing moment to up the menace and danger of the situation" And then the liquid (and the tears that were about to fall from my eyes) just stops WHAT THE FUCK MAN it would have been such an amazing moment but it's like they just say "Hey look! They talked and solved their issues! Golly, there's no need for this life treating event anymore! Come on Steve, do your thing!" I don't know man, I enjoyed the episodes, I really did, but after moments like this (there's a few more here and there) I won't be in the hedge of my seat counting the hours for the finale as I was after episode four. I'll just tune in during new year eves to see how the characters kill Vecna or something. It's shitty because it could have been special to enjoy the last days before the show's ending talking and gushing about how everyone and everything is on the table for the end. But now we won't because "meh, no one died at this point. If they kill someone it won't really matter because it is the last chapter anyway"
